Just tried repainting an old Lima HST power car using yellow spray paint and it isn't sticking to the surface very well.
I sanded it down and made sure it wasn't greasy and only put a thin spray of paint on. I've already painted 3 Hornby coaches in this way and not had any problems.
Anyone managed to repaint one of these and if so how did you manage it?!
