My 180 sd seems to have a problem with the rheostat. When starting a weld, it occasionally will blow right through a thin wall pipe like the setting on the amps was too high. I can change the amp setting without any different result. After fiddling with it a few times, it will work properly for a few cycles, then back to the blowout stage. Does anyone know what is happening? I sure don't. Thanks Little
