How much stick out for tig?

Standard collet body...3 - 4 times the tungsten diameter. Gas lens collet body...6 - 8 times the tungsten diameter.

Another way to look at is that with a gas lens collet body you can extend the tungsten the same distance as the inside diamter as your gas cup.
