Miller 300 syncrowave fuse question

On my Miller 300 syncrowave, when welding Aluminum, the 115v circuit breaker wants to open on occasion. I think it's trying to tell me something, but I'm not sure what. I'm wondering what can cause this, since it basically shuts down the machine.

Any ideas or experience with this? Thanks

Um...What 115 volt breaker? Do you mean two ganged "115 volt" breakers supplying 230 volts to the welder? Are your breakers ganged so both have to be in the same state? They should be, but this will not affect your problem.

What is the breaker rated at? The manual says the Synchrowave 300 requires a pretty high capacity breaker.

Is this a new condition or has it always done this since first installed?

Thanks, I've figured it out. I should have mentioned it was noted on the schematic as CB2, the 115 volt ac circuit breaker inside the lower door near the gas and coolant connectors.

Once I figured out it was low on coolant, and that the problem disappeared when I unplugged the coolant pump, I knew where to look. Obviously, Miller placed a current sensor in this low voltage circuit, not a bad idea.
