Pricey, is it worth it, will it handle a busy auto repair & body shop as well as fab work?

The Miller Syncrowave 250DX is the best Transformer based TIG welder in it's class.

I have had mine for 1.5 years and I had an older Syncro 250 for 6 years before that. I traded up to get the pulser/sequencer

Great machines.
