whats the going rate on 316 stainless in your part of the world?

Ive been pricing 316 stainless its outragious!!! what do you pay per pound? i think there are regional differences?

I don't know about per pound, but I recently paid $8.12 per foot for

1-1/2" schedule 10 pipe, in Florida
