Hmmm! Considering most of Western Europe IS NOT producing enough offspring to maintain their population, i.e. negative growth! In fact any positive population growth of those countries is due to immigration. One could say they are in the process of stopping.

But not to worry! They will no doubt create yet another crisis and call our troops in to bail them out yet again! Maybe they should learn and simply ask us to come over and impregnate their women! :) Save the hassle of having a war.
