I am looking for others who have built the David Johnson Fokker D VII. Has anyone converted one over to electric? With the LA 25 have you found that you needed to beef up the top wings with more cross diagonal bracing. Looking or tips on the Servo on top and set up you may have found to be the best for the ailerons. I have the article from the February 2004 article on construction notes. I have no other information other than what was provided on the scratch plans. Any suggestions would be of help. This is a rather light plane and I feel the LA 25 is going to vibrate this little plane quite a bit, therefore I feel the upper wings need some modifications to beef it up. Thanks Doc Ferguson If anyone has turned this into an electric perhaps you could provide the Motor, batteries, that you are using.
