Ebay search for wing whistle turned up item # 220172496788 a Cox Stuka mentioned in an earlier post. mk
Look at a Nerf Vortex Mega Howler, that has 3 each with a different tone whistles in it and it's an easy job to get them out (although you'll wreck the vortex in the process)
They are bright reg and would need colours changing to make them suitable for a Stuka, but would do, and the thing goes for $10 or less.
