| Why not bitch here Bob? How are you going to find out if others are | having trouble from this company as well?
Because people make mistakes, and companies are made up of people. You give them a chance to correct their mistake, and if they don't, THEN you bring it up publically.
It's just common courtesy.
| As surely if you call up Hobby- Lobby they will lie through their | teeth about others having problems.
That is not `sure' at all.
| They do so to protect their job! It is pretty sad, isn't it? And | virtually all companies does this.
Not in my experience. In my experience, with the companies I've dealt with buying R/C stuff, few mistakes are made, and the mistakes that are made are either 1) my mistake, or 2) corrected immediately. (And sometimes, the companies will even correct my own mistakes.)
In fact, I can only think of one case where I bought something online and I had any sort of real problem that they wouldn't resolve. (I ordered a CPU, and they lied and lied and were unreachable and lied and lied and lied) and I never got the CPU and finally had to reverse the charges on my card.

I did once order stuff from target.com and they somehow tripled my order so I ended up with like 12 boxes being delivered to my home. Kinda shocked my wife, but they took care of it with little hassle. And this one was probably my fault, sort of -- I probably hit the `Finalize Order' button three times, though in theory the system should be smarter than that.
I've bought stuff from Hobby Lobby too, and never had a problem with them, so I can't talk about how they resolve problems. But I have no reason to believe that they're dishonest about it.
