ADXRS150 is solidstate gyroscope with analog output (+/- 150 deg/s).

Do you know any other low cost solidstate gyroscope component and its low quantity supplier?

MuRata makes solid state gyroscope sensor but I couldn't tell you if you could get them in low quantities.
