This is their somewhat smaller production kit.
On some of the shows in Germany this year, they showed their prototype 15' Pitts model. When the production kit costs 1690 euros, plus engine, exhaust, radio, and electronics you'd end up with maybe 5000-6000 euros in total. Increase the size to 15', end you might be looking at 10.000 euros (??), still quite a bit below $50.000.
