RCV engine comments?

I'm building a page super cub, 80" wing and recently saw a blurb about rcv engines, with a rotating cylinder. I'd like to hear feedback /comments for owners about their likes, dislikes, longevity, etc..... very interesting concept.

Do a search on RC Universe and Google. You will get all the feedback you desire.

Indeed, and not as revolutionary as you might think. Panhard automobiles used reciprocating sleeve valves as early as 1903, and both Napier and Bristol WWII aircraft engines used rotating sleeve valves. If I remember correctly, even Rolls-Royce produced some rotating sleeve valve engines, but with limited success. Old idea, new application! Google "sleeve valve engines" and you'll probably get lots of hits, including RCV comments.
