what would you set the charge rate and cutoff at?



Yes as you can set the voltage cut off sensitivity. It can also be used to

In the constant current mode set the charge (current limit) at C rate, set the voltage at 4.2 volts/cell, set the charge cut off to C/20.

Sorry, This should have read "constant potential mode" - Not constant current.
