If you mean the drawings space, yes you can.
Just keep drawing in the direction you want to extend it, and it will get bigger automatically.

weel i tryed several time to copy/paste some big drawings nad when i do that if the drawing space where i'm pasting isn't big enouhg I can't zoom out. thanks.

Reset the limits with the LIMITS command, and then ZOOM>V>Enter.

If you mean change the limits, then yes, you can. Just type 'limits' and set the figures to what you want.
