Does anyone know how to place an assymetric tolerance (ex. +0,5/-0,3) one above the other without having to use the text tool?

In 2002, double-click the dimension to open the properties pane. Expand "tolerances" and select "deviation" for tolerance display. Then enter the upper and lower limits.
