building permit - addition

Hi!!

I am doing a small addition to house. City requires plans for building permit. It'sa very small job and I can not afford to pay much for it. looking some one to draw them at a low price. By the way, I am located in Ottawa, canada

You don't just need someone who can draw. You need someone familiar with the Ontario Building Code, and with the local zoning bylaws, at least.

Why don't you draw it yourself? It'll cost you zero, and it doesn't get any cheaper than that.

Good luck with your low priced materials and labor too

become a member of the Liberal party, you'll not only bypass the building requirement rulings, but odds are they'll throw a grant at you probably worth ten times the cost of the addition

try your local library. you'll probably need to show plan dimensions, locations, possibly location of existing building relevant to lot lines, footing & foundation details. Most building dept's (locally from my experience) are fairly helpful in informing what is missing details are required and will accept neat hand drawn sketches for simple additions.
