Looking for an inexpensive program that will open and print .DWG files. Any suggestions?

have you tried VoloView express? its free on qutodesk's website.

Bentley View allows viewing of MicroStation V8 (and prior) files AND Autocad 2004 (and prior) files

Large download but good viewer
