Is it posible to copy a few line's from a block into a drawing, without exploding the block?

You could open both files, and CUT and PASTE only the selected objects... (depending on your version, of course, you may have options to paste as a block or not. Hell-you may not even be able to CUT and PASTE, now that I think about it. When did those commands appear? R12WIN?)
You can do it with refedit
But only full blown. Unfortunately refedit isn't in LT (or at leeast 2002 LT)
Why not copy the block to another portion of the drawing and explode the copy to get what you want?
