Does anyone know where could I find a device that uses pressure and makes vacuum by using pressure?

You could use a pressure driven vacuum pump, perhaps a pneumatic pump...

These are referred to as Vacuum Generators or Venturi Vacuum Generators. Most pneumatic component vendors manufacture them. Try SMC, Festo, Parker, Gast or Piab. Jeff
