overloading of transformer

what will be the overloading capacity of a 800kva transformer if it is connected to an induction motor of 635kw ? how to ascertain the sustainability of the same ?

The best answer would be to hire a qualified engineer with experience in large power systems.

----------------------------- It depends on a lot more information than you provide. How long a time? what ambient temperature? what type of transformer and what kind of cooling? How much overload? Without this information, it is guesswork and guesswork can be expensive if it lets the magic smoke out of the transformer.

Get a consultant with expertise in the area if you really want to explore this- it is cheaper than free advice.
