I was using Ilco 023 12v but it's a little weak so I prefer to use a Borkey on my inverter. Got 3 of the electronic kind and they all blew so now I rely on a mechanical one that I found on an ambulance in a scrapyard. It's noisy but I never had a problem in 8 years. 12 V key machine?
Depends on your use. For about 17 years, we have been using a couple Ilco 023 Dual Wedge. They are both ac/dc machines. They have been good machines and have not let us down to date. One has also survived a fire in one of the vans.
