Need low-priced front door dead bolt unlocker with remote

I'm sure I saw this somewhere, but when I went where I thought that was, they didn't have it or anything like it.

I want to get a remote for my front door deadbolt, but I don't want to spend 180 dollars that a couple locksmiths are charging, and I don't need anything as fancy as theirs. (Even spending 80 to 90 dollars is a big stretch for me for something no one really has to have. I think that was the price of the one I saw.)

The one I think I saw (or I dreamed about) was smaller than the ones I've seen lately, and just replaced the little brass handle with maybe a 2 inch escucheon that is there now, to open and close the dead bolt. The outside of the door didn't change. That is, there was no new keyhole with red and green LEDs. I guess the user can tell if the door opened because he hears it, or he tries it, and if it didn't open, he uses his key.

The thing ran on iirc 4 AA batteries, and was maybe 4 or 5 inches tall and 3 or 4 inches wide.

A couple locksmiths told me they don't even stock such things because the customers complained after installation. But I've been paying attention to my lock for over a year now, in all seasons, and the knob turns verrrry easily. And if it doesn't, I'm not a complainer.

(The door was hard to latch for a while, but I got on the floor and looked at the metal weather strip that interlocks with the metal threshhold, and it was twisted in the middle, so that half of the strip went in the slot and half didn't. Of course where it switched was the problem. But somehow I bent it back, he crowed.)

I know myself and I'm not going to lubricate it, until it stops working.

Well, I've noticed that I don't lock the deadbolt most of the time anyhow anymore, so this should encourage me to do that. Maybe after it breaks I'll lock it with the key.

You were a big help by using the term "remote deadbolt". That enabled me to google for more results, including I think a page that compares several.

I waste very very little money, and I'm tempted to buy the Titan even if I end up wasting money, and even though are basically recommending against it. Not because I doubt you but because it will get it out of my system. I just can't spend 200 and the ones I saw at that price were too big for my door anyhow. They wouldn't look right.

Key, you sounded sarcastic, but maybe not. I had looked at Home Depot and saw nothing with remote, but the first webpage I found looking up Titan Remote Deadbolt had a link to HD. Not to a particular page, of course, just the home page, but a search on "remote deadbolt" found something. In typical HD online manner, they give NO brand name, NO details, and they call it IR (when I was hoping for radio, like my car alarm and the Titan), and the picture gives no indication of what it looks like. Says "catalog internet" only. Either HD or Lowes, I think it is HD, will ship free to a store. They don't make that clear until you get to the Payment screen.
