Remove lock from Quill Fireproof Filing Cabinet?

We recently terminated an employee and need to remove a lock from a Quill 5 drawer fireproof filing cabinet to take it to the locksmith. Can anybody give me a hand removing the lock? It's just one of those little keylocks that pops out when you unlock it.

I can't figure out how to get the lock out. I've removed the screws that hold the front of the drawer one, but still don't know how to get the lock off. There appears to be a plate that covers the entire back side of the end of the drawer, that probably needs to be removed to get to the clip that holds the lock in place. I've tried removing the front of the drawer w/handle, but the lock mechanism seems to be holding it in place. I don't want to take the handle mechanism off without knowing whether it's necessary.

If anybody has any suggestions, I'd appreciate them.

Thanks.
