Position: Materials Engineer Duties: Lead, coordinate, and participate in material testing and development program for manufacturer of composite products used in industrial process applications. Solve customer problems through in-house and outside testing and develop new products to address customer needs. Coordinate mechanical testing including tensile, stress, and wear and work with an array of materials including carbon composites, glass / epoxies, polymers, stainless steels, etc. Requirements: BS or MS level in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering. Two years related experience (internships and co-op experience will be considered). Location: Central Massachusetts.
