Is it just me, or is that WEIRD? Anybody who builds things considers a 50% difference in thickness to be a HUGE error.
Are all abrasive cut off wheels 50% thicker than specified? Is there any reason for that?
Talking specifically about the Dewalt four-inch cutting wheel.

The description says "thin .045 inches" thick. It measures .065 inches thick!
