Anyone know of a bushing like the following:

But with the coolant going straight onto the tool while still inside the bushing? ....Or ones that permanently press into a housing rather than into a sleeve?Coolant Drill Bushings

From same site. Oil bushings. As far as permanent bushings, I've seen them in MSC and the like, just headless bushings that press in place.
