Hi, I need to replace both of the larger wheels on this machine:
The upper wheel is cracked and the tire is gone, and the lower wheel is cracked as well.
I've looked around the web and can't find a good source for older delta parts...

Looks like both wheels are plastic. Age and UV will often allow cracks to form. Chances are the wheels are slightly crowned and there probably never was a "tire" on them. What you see may be just built-up crud.
If it were mine, I would turn a set of aluminum wheels to replace the plastic ones. The top wheel will need a bearing, of course, and the ones in the plastic wheel may be reuseable.
