Drill bit sharpener?

I bought a 2nd hand "Reliance" Drill Bit Sharpener. Similar to this one

the 2002 retired files I thought setting it up would be a simple matter. Wrong!!! No matter which way I put it the angles look wrong. Anyone know of a Web Site or how to set these things up? Jack

If it helps,the one in the picture was sold by Atlas. There is a picture of it in use in the Atlas lathe book. It uses the side of the grinding wheel.

We have one at school. It is mounted on a Baldor grinder. I use it often. Would a few more pictures be of any help? I realy like it. Wish I had one at home. ...lew...
