ever use dynabrade products?

Question

I had a customer of mine that was a manager for this company

he stopped back with a catalog and some inside info on there products. I must admit they have some cool stuff (some a bit pricey for my usage) but some that i had never seen before. Has anyone purchased any of there stuff and if so how was it (quality wise and performance), thinking about a few items. thanks in advance, walt

Been through MANY Dynabrade DA pads.   They are by FAR better than any other pads I have used on fiberglass but being soft, the edges wear out rather quickly when you are working into corners.  OTOH, the controlled softhess of the pad put a very nice even finish on flat stainless.wallster wrote:

We have a Auto body Shop here in Oregon. We have several of there sanders. They are top of the line equipment and if you use one of there tools you will not reach for a different brand ever again. They are kinda of pricey for hobby users with a 6 inch DA starting at about

250.00 dollars.

I have a Dynafile II that I use pretty frequently, bought it as a kit. Ithas a case, couple of different arms and several sanding/ polishing belts.Very happy with it, it's been a reliable piece of equipment for severalyears now.
