In the January 2005 Machinist Workshop Magazine, there is an article that references another article in the April 2004 Machinist Workshop Magazine. That article was written by Fred Prestridge about a milling vise he built. If anyone can scan and send Mr. Prestridge's article to me, I would appreciate it.
