Hydraulic cylinder material

Hi folks,



Can anybody suggest me good weblinks etc for referring various materials for constructing hydraulic cylinders from 3K psi to 12K psi?



it will be great deal of help..

You can make them out of anything if the wall thickness is right.

The material stays the same, wall thickness increases.

Use a search engine for "hydraulic cylinder honed tube". You can purchase cylinder material already honed, ready for your machining.

Download the catalog. Study the specs on there cylinders and then look at the selection of tubing they sell.
