Pretty expensive. And in Van Nuys..speaking spanish is nearly a requirement. Sherman Oaks..etc..more expensive but more English.

Go out to San Fernando...15 or so miles..its cheaper..but more Spanish

Both are actually not all that bad. I do lots of work in those places.
