I am thinking 2.5 axis cnc knee mill, table saw, and manual mill, but whatever floats yer boat.
The parts are sort of custom platform nuts to be made in brass. There are two different parts. Look at

, click on the folder "parts drawings" at the bottom. (Sorry the site is in German) I can email cad files of course. I would want fifty of the "stp" and about seventy-five of the "cpo." The tolerances need only be visually good*, and the upper surfaces should be polished moderately. Think furniture hardware.
*The 5/16-24 thread in both parts has been tricky in the past, as one is going into the surface at an angle, which should be accurate to
1/2°. Both parts must have threads all the way.
Delivery to be made in Northeastern U.S. It should be easy enough for UPS. I am known a bit on this group, but today I am using an alias. I don't want anybody figuring out what this is for.
