And eddy current, and ultrasonic.
Drop it, see if it holds together.
I watched an aluminum SCUBA tank of mine being tested recently, using an eddy current probe. Inserted into the threaded opening, it showed some small cracks on the readout. Bad news for me, but it was an interesting operation.

zyglo system will show surface cracks in aluminum.

No magnaflux type system for aluminum because it is not readily magnetizable.
Closest equivalent would be dye penetrant. It will show up defects open to the surface pretty much like magnaflux. But it won't show up any subsurface defects while magnaflux will show up subsurface defects if they are close enough to the surface.
Other alternatives have already been listed.
