1 Ao is 10e-10 meter.

There are 10 ångström (Å) in the SI unit nanometre:

A micron is 10e-6

The prefix 'micro' means 1/million. SI names are [prefix]+[unit] so we have millimetre, micrometre, nanometre (and also microwatt, microfarad, microgram, microsecond etc). www1.bipm.org/en/si/prefixes.html
