I built an iron fence with 1" steel pipe. I can't find any spears that fit over the pipe, which is 1 3/8" outside diameter. I need about 100. Anybody out there have the ability to make me some? I don't care if they are cast iron, steel, aluminum, brass or ??? They will be painted black.

Have a local steel shop plasma or laser cut them for you from 1/4" steel sheet.
Should only cost about a $1 each.
You could just cut the tops of the pipe at an angle.
