Is there a good MIG welding wire for welding steel and stainless steel?

Not both. You can weld both with steel or SS wire, but the welds will rust if you use steel on SS.
Better off buying ER70S-6 for general Steel MIG work, and a small spool of ER308L for stainless steel.
