I don't have a truck like yours to look under, but there would be room for this on mine. Add a couple of braces underneath that bolt to the green plate and then to the trucks frame rail.

Here is a crude ASCII diagram looking at the rear of your truck on the right side only. Match the top of the braces to holes already in your plate and then you will only have to drill a couple holes through the frame rail. Depending on the shape of the frame rail you may be able to attach to the bottom edge instead of the side.

Leon, I like this idea a lot, it seems very practical, I will look underneath my truck in a day or two (today and tomorrow will be very busy)

Yes, very true, as I found out. The winch jammed for some reason. Looks like somehow the main cable drum became off center of its axis by a mm or so. I was lucky and loaded the table, since it jammed wieh I raised it enough. I will look at the drum, again, but probbaly will look for a different winch.
