I think he's asking if you are a sea cucumber diver.
Do they have them on the east coast? I know they are a big (OK specialty) buisness on the west coast.

Yup. The fish cops will not allow divers in the water to check for density until the season starts, so some of the divers have started dragging remote cameras around, checking out spots. They also use the camera to find halibut for sport fishing, and some of the sport fish guides drag a camera in front of the lures so the customers get to watch the salmon approach the lure, or hit. (Bet the guide has to use ear plugs. )
Lots of money in a short time. Another derby fishery. Com fish is dangerous enough without derbies.
