I have a Miller spot welder, model WT1515 and need some idea of it's value to sell. It's 110 volts, has a separate spot time control box,

12 inch arms w/tips. The welder is in good-vg condition. Thanks, ron

Your unit is about 20 years old, but they don't tend to wear out. List price on a new one is around $560, internet price is $460, Harbor Freight sells a knock off for $150 on sale. The seperate box makes it clumsy for applications like unibody repair, works great when mounted in a stand. The 110 volt version is a bit less power (and thickness) than the 240 volt version. How much you can get for it depends a lot on where you are and how you might want to try selling it.
