Cold rolled steel or Bright Drawn Mild steel [ BDMS ]

Countersink

Pitch Circle Diameter as applied to holes laid out around a circle or the theoretical diameter of a gear.

Should know but it escapes me

As CRS is a US rather than UK term, could the CTS be for Carbon Tool Steel? Just thinking aloud here...

Believe "cts" is sometimes used as abbreviation for "centres" ChrisR
