Wanadoo stopped doing newsgroups some time ago. Anyone moved to a good fast free news server, one that allows posting.
This is my third attemp to post. Others have been replies to ongoing threads that never made it.

Try virgin, I've never had any trouble with them, I used to be with wanadoo, but gave up cos they were crap.

I will have to wait until the end of th year term before I move. I have found them reasonable for access and email just that they have stopped news group access!
