Nice idea.

You notice the way he carefully squares the block up and then fails to hold it in place when he tightens the T bolt, so it rotates off square as he tightens? Duhhhh....

ah well ...probably his tenth attempt at making the video..and he said f**k it ....he sounds very tired in all his videos :)

give the poor guy some slack ...non of us brits are attempting to show others, on video, tips and tricks and ideas.

It's just the usual nitpicking, nothing to get upset! But I would have used cast iron, not aluminium!

Get the speed right and it shouldn't have any trouble.

The geometry may have not been optimal, but it's still a HSS tool. With appropriate cutting speeds, it'll do fine.
