I have been told about an unidentified machine for sale which sounds like a lathe (about 4feet long and thin, with a chuck, a motor underneath and handles, with Taylor cast into it). Is it worth an hours drive to find out what it is?

I seem to recall that Taylor made metal spinning lathes....never seen one in the flesh though....

Thanks, lathes.co.uk only mention taylor vertical millers.
I'll pass, it can't be better than the Myford for £100 :-)
