I find it quite attractive!
I was thinking of painting my Elliott omnimill 00 in a similar colour
- the best I could get off-the-shelf was some marine paint called "rescue orange"

It looks alright to me. I was expecting a messy paint job, not one using a garish colour!

Could be a bargain for someone. Mechanically it looks nice.
All it needs is a rub down and some TS green paint
