I just stumbled across this on ebay, item number
6172135601 It is worth a look, as I don't think I've ever seen a finer lathe. Mind you, it's at over ten grand and still hasn't hit reserve!!Regards

These things are as rare as rocking horse manure, so the price is probably reasonable as a starter.

With the difficulties I have been experiencing I am now selling it here.
Perhaps he's being TOO optimistic? Nice bit of kit though.

it's at nearly 16 grand, and still hasn't met reserve yet. I knew these things were rare -but that is a serious amount of money for an old lathe!
