I have a clent that realy needs help finding a Mechanical Design Engineer, Manager(ProE). Any help would be appreciated. Experience: BSME, 5-7 years experience in managing an Engineering department. Strong management experience, able to lead and motivate staff. Must be proficient in the ProE automated design system. Must be creative, hands on Manager with strong communications skills.
Duties: Responsible for managing all Engineering functions of the company, and appropriate staff in these areas. Will manage daily engineering activities to include: design of new products, modification/revisions of existing products and special projects. Will prepare and manage monthly budgets for department. Will advise senior management on Engineering issue as needed.
