Please email me if you have been victimized by Caterpillar and/or their managers, and would like to pursue legal action with others.
What the heck does this have to with Pro/Engineer?
Pro-E users!
One emerged from its coccoon once and flapped its wings at me. Does this count?
Have you heard the expression that, "no one likes a smart ass"?
Have you heard the expression "No one likes a scam artist". Present your credentials, introduce yourself and your cause. You are, after all, the stranger here. I know dakeb, I don't kow you. Tell us what law Caterpillar is alleged to have violated. Tell us what this suit is about. Tell us how you are involved and precisely what your interest is. Be charming, be entertaining, be funny, be nice, suck up to us. Do anything at all to convince us that we, for any other reason than dumb, stupid, blind greed, should trust you, "Dan Richards". Then, maybe, someone might take you seriously. Or f*ck off, your choice.

Dan,
I have a client (not free to divulge the name) that's been burned by them. They manuvered him into a spot where he's commited to a contract that loses him money every year. seems to be S.O.P.
I've heard Applied Materials is just as bad.

That expression was written by a dumb ass.
Looking for "intelligent people" or like-minded people?
Arguing is a waste of everyone's time, and a fools paradise, don't you have anything better to do with your time, I definitely do.
Well, I was sorta neutral re your situation. Guess all I can say is: Go do it and quit bothering people here.
