Click on 'format' at the top, then in the drop down box pick 'line style'. Then click on the table and you can edit the line properties.

Right, Dave - menu first, then pick the table. I made the mistake of picking the table first. No va... this is NOT the new object/action functionality, it's still that old menu manager crap: get the right menu then do what it tells you, namely, pick the table. But it works.
